Vehicle choice fails when it is made on seat count alone. Suitcases, ski bags, pushchairs and golf equipment all consume space  a vehicle at its passenger limit may not hold your party's luggage. Travelling with skis, golf bags, a pushchair or a wheelchair? Declare it during booking  the vehicle depends on the honest count. Child and booster seats are available on request for a small fee; tell us the children's ages so the correct seats are fitted before pickup.

Policy strip current, August 2026

• Cancellation: full refund up to 24 hours before pickup; within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable full policy
• Flight delayed: monitoring adjusts pickup automatically; the first 60 minutes from actual landing are included
• Flight cancelled: not treated as a customer cancellation we reschedule, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability
• Very long delays: waiting beyond 1–2 hours follows the published policy; between 2–4 hours we reschedule to keep your chauffeur aligned with your real arrival

• Families: child seats fitted on request, V-Class space for six with luggage, and a patient meet & greet after a long flight.
• Zurich Airport VIP Service: a separate, airport-operated product. If you have arranged it, we coordinate the handover with the VIP team it is not included in a standard transfer.
• Private aviation: FBO arrivals follow a separate process. Share your FBO and we position the vehicle accordingly.
