Swiss Private Mobility & Destination Execution
Swiss Touristy is a Swiss private mobility and destination execution company based in Canton Zurich. We provide premium airport transfers, private chauffeur services, private Swiss journeys and selected in-destination services across Switzerland, with Zürich Airport as a core operating gateway.
The Swiss Touristy story began in 2011. What started with hands-on travel and guest operations has grown into an operator-built execution business, supported by Destination Intelligence, governed journey workflows and machine-readable interfaces for travellers, travel professionals and approved AI systems.

The Swiss Touristy story began in 2011. It is a story of travel and guest operations in Switzerland: meeting people at the airport, taking them between cities and mountain resorts, and looking after the details that decide whether a trip feels effortless or stressful.
The business has changed shape over the years. What has carried through is the way of working: an operator who takes responsibility for a journey, from the first request to the moment a guest arrives.
Today that experience is written down as process and software, so it no longer depends on one person remembering it.

Founder: Mohamed Elragehi
Swiss Touristy's founder is Mohamed Elragehi. His background is in the work itself: tour operation, reservation management, chauffeur work, and VIP and protocol service at Zürich Airport.
That is why the operating doctrine came first. Timing, discretion, handovers, luggage, family needs, flight disruption, supplier readiness and recovery were practical questions on the ground long before they became states in software.
The software exists to keep those answers consistent: the right information reaches the right person, and nothing is promised that has not been confirmed.

The rules that hold throughout
- A request is not a confirmation.
- Feasibility is not availability.
- A quote is a 30-minute price snapshot. It is not a booking, not a reservation and not a capacity hold.
- Where a service requires confirmation, payment comes after it, never instead of it.
- AI output is not commercial authority.
AI can help understand and structure a request. It cannot invent a price, capacity, a provider's confirmation or a booking status. Commercial and operational commitments stay with the systems and providers authorised to make them.
Destination Intelligence
A journey is more than a destination. Arrival time, luggage, the make-up of a family, the season, existing reservations, route constraints, provider readiness and what happens next can all change the right decision.
Destination Intelligence is the layer that connects relevant Swiss knowledge with the context of a journey. It helps structure the options, the constraints, what is still unknown and the next valid step.
It is not a general tourism chatbot. Destination Intelligence advises and structures; commercial and operational authority commits. Feasibility does not mean availability, and a recommendation does not mean a confirmation.
Built for human and machine travel
The technology is an extension of the operating company, not a substitute for it.

Approved systems can use selected Swiss Touristy capabilities through machine-readable REST and MCP interfaces.
Different Interfaces. One Governed Swiss Commercial Truth.
The public machine interfaces are deliberately narrow: service discovery, route lookup, vehicle classes, policies, quote requirements and, for authorised clients, a transfer quote and a hosted-checkout handoff. They do not create bookings, take payment or hold a vehicle. Credentials are issued on request; there is no self-service signup.
