1. Standard Cancellation by Customer

Flight delays are not treated as customer cancellations when the flight number was provided at booking.

Custom tours and special events may have different terms specified at booking.

2. Cancellation by Swiss Touristy

In exceptional circumstances beyond our control, you have three options:

3. Modification Policy

4. Flight Delays & Airport Pickups

The first 60 minutes are FREE from the effective flight arrival: actual arrival when available, otherwise the latest estimated arrival, with scheduled arrival used only as a fallback. We track the flight when a valid flight number is provided.

5. Special Circumstances

Medical Emergency

Extended flexibility with appropriate documentation.

Visa Refusal

Full refund minus CHF 108.10 admin fee. Official refusal letter required within 7 days.

Force Majeure

Full refund or credit voucher — your choice. No time limits.

Death in Family

Full refund with documentation. No questions asked. Our condolences.
