1. Definitions

2. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, email, phone, or website.
An online booking is confirmed as soon as payment succeeds, and you receive a written confirmation. Requests that need our approval first (Maybach, Sprinter, cross-border, short-notice and other special requests) are approved before you pay.
If we cannot fulfil a confirmed booking, we tell you and refund the full amount within 7 working days at most; your bank may take additional time to show it.
Accurate information must be provided (name, contact details, flight info).
Special requirements must be stated at time of booking.
Customer must review confirmation details and report errors immediately.
3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in CHF, fixed and inclusive (taxes, fees, tolls). No hidden charges. An online price quote is valid for 30 minutes; a written quotation issued by our team is valid for 7 days. Full payment is taken at booking; where a request needs our approval first, payment is taken once it is approved. Journeys starting between 22:00 and 06:00 may include a night rate, which is already in the price you are quoted. During WEF and other special events, prices are quoted individually.

5. Airport Services
The first 60 minutes are FREE from the effective flight arrival: actual arrival when available, otherwise the latest estimated arrival, with scheduled arrival used only as a fallback. Flight tracking applies when a valid flight number is provided. After those 60 minutes, waiting is charged at CHF 100 per additional hour, paid directly on site.
Airport Pickup Procedure
- Driver meets you in arrivals hall
- Name board with your name displayed
- 60 minutes free waiting from the effective arrival time, then CHF 100 per additional hour, paid on site
- Contact via WhatsApp if any issues
6. Liability
We Are Responsible For
- Safe and comfortable transportation
- Delivery of the confirmed transport service
- Luggage in the vehicle
- Professional driver conduct
- Vehicle cleanliness and maintenance
We Are NOT Liable For
- Traffic delays beyond our control
- Weather-related delays
- Flight delays / cancellations
- Personal belongings left in vehicle
- Missed connections due to circumstances beyond our control
7. Passenger Conduct
