In certain situations, we offer the option to convert your booking amount into a credit for future tours with Swiss Tours & Transfers. This credit is valid for a specified period and can be applied to any future booking.
If you are unable to proceed with your planned tour or transfer, you have the option to transfer your booking to another person. Please inform us in advance, and we will guide you through the necessary steps.
Depending on availability, you may have the option to postpone your tour or transfer to a later date without incurring additional charges. Please contact our customer service team to discuss this option.
If your tour or transfer includes multiple services, and you are unable to participate in some but not all of them, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the unused services. This is subject to review and approval by Swiss Tours & Transfers.
